Company Vision and Updates

A message from Mark Rumpke:

This is our first employee newsletter, and I want to thank Cindy and Maggie for putting it together. Each month, I will share updates on what’s happening within the company and my vision for our future.

The construction of our new facility at Winding Creek is nearing completion. This facility is set to become Cincinnati’s premier Construction Debris recycling center, leading to company expansion within the next two years. We will continue operating our Loveland facility, with staffing decisions for each location to be made over the next year.

We are also expanding to Dayton, Ohio, aiming to open by Christmas with a 2-bay maintenance building, a 1-acre paved lot, and 1.5 acres of gravel for dumpsters.

Our goal this year is to achieve a 15% to 20% increase in sales. This growth can only be achieved through excellent service to our existing customers. While we may not be the cheapest option, we strive to be “The Best Dumpster for Your Dollar.” Customer reviews reflect our employees’ hard work and dedication, making us proud to say we’re the best in the business.

Keep up the great work, everyone! Let’s continue to show that our team is the best and leave it all on the field every day.

Hauling / Recycling News

Unbelievably we have had 4 fires in the last 6 weeks. 3 were due to vandalismand 1 was a combination of glass and cardboard mixed with the intense sun. Our drivers have fire extinguishers on their trucks for such an occurrence. Please be mindful and look for any smoke rising from the containers beforepicking it up. Customers should be mindful of this as well.
